We are excited to announce the launch of our new product support van! This van will assist our dealer network with in-field queries to ensure customers get the most from their machines, for the life of their machines.
In addition to providing technical support, Trimax staff will be advising customers on the importance of using genuine parts. Stocked with both genuine and examples of non-genuine parts, customers can identify the differences first hand and gain a deeper understanding of how they may impact their machine.
Most importantly, the product support van will allow us more time in the field with our customers to further understand how our machines are being used so we can continue to design purposeful innovations which solve customer problems.
