Walker Mowers has unveiled for the first time in Europe their newest mower, the R21 ‘out front mower’ designed for a new generation of users.
Walker Mowers launched the concept of out front mowing technology some 40 years ago, technology that provides ease of use, quality of cut, operator comfort, reliability and ease of maintenance, all demanded by its many commercial customers.
Powered by a Kohler 21hp engine with Smart-Choke technology, for easy starting in all temperatures, the OHV engine design has a cast iron liner and full pressure lubrication.
The mulching design mower decks use special serrated blades and bolt on baffles to provide that just collected look without the messy cuttings. Available in two sizes 42”/48” (106/122cm), that fit into an integrated front-mount deck design, which means clear up-and-down and side-to-side movement minimising scalping and uncut grass areas.

The new Model R mower was unveiled on stand F030 at SALTEX 2019.
